[4-5] Chicken breasts
[1 can] Cream of chicken soup
[⅓ cup] Mayo
[2 tbsp] Chopped Onion / Sprinkled Dry Onion
[1 cup] Sour Cream
[1 cup] Cheese
[1 tsp] Lemon Juice

Place chicken, cream of chicken soup, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper in crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hrs or high 3-4 hours (low is always better).
During the last hour of cooking time, shred chicken then add mayo, sour cream and cheese. Serve over rice and sprinkle with shredded cheese, salt and pepper.
